The perfect spot for board game enthusiasts to find fantastic bargains and rare treasures.
Whether you're looking to expand your collection or need to open some space on your shelf, our Bring & Buy is the ideal place for it.
You’ll have plenty of time to browse and pick up something special. The Bring & Buy is open across all three days of the convention and is securely locked overnight.

Please ensure all games are collected before closing time.

We kindly ask that you purchase stickers from the front desk or the Bring & Buy room if you wish to place games for sale.
Each sticker is priced at £1, and every penny collected will be donated to our designated charity.

Stickers & Donations:
Stickers cost £1 each and can be purchased via the QR code at the front desk, the Bring & Buy room or through our PayPal Giving link. All proceeds go directly to our chosen charity.
Please bring the exact amount if you'd prefer to pay in cash, as we do not provide change.

Collecting Labels:
Pick up your labels from the Bring & Buy room with one of our volunteers.

Labelling Your Games:
Each game must have a HandyCon label showing the game’s name, your full name, phone number, and price. You are welcome to pick up the HC stickers and fill them out before bringing the games for sale. The mornings can be busy if you have many items.

Handling Transactions:
Sellers are responsible for meeting buyers in the Bring & Buy room. Please have your own cash change and/or alternative payment options ready (e.g. PayPal or bank transfer).

Collecting Unsold Games:
To collect your games, you’ll need to show ID. Please make sure to do this before the Bring & Buy area closes.

Important Note:
> No brand-new games in shrink wrap are allowed, as we have traders on-site.
> After 6 PM, no collections or purchases are allowed.
> We aim to have a member of the HandyCon Crew present in the Bring & Buy room at all times. However, please be aware that if a volunteer needs to step away unexpectedly, the room may be closed temporarily.
> Any games left in the Bring & Buy area are left at the owner’s risk. While we’ll take reasonable precautions, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
We kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with these terms before leaving your games at the Bring & Buy.

We have a Facebook group for trading games (Click here) in case people want to start showing their games before the convention. It’s a great way to build interest and potentially arrange sales before the event begins.
We kindly remind you that any sale made through the Facebook Trading Group requires a £1 donation to our chosen charity. This can be made in cash at the convention or via the online donation link once it’s live.
The Bring & Buy donation link will remain open for one month following the convention.
