• What does print-on-demand mean?
  Print-on-demand means that each product is created specifically for you upon ordering and will be sent directly to your address.
   
• How long will it take to be delivered?
  The delivery time varies for each product. For instance, our shirts typically take around 2 to 3 days to be produced, followed by an additional 2 to 5 days for shipping. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 4 to 8 days.
   
• Will I get my T-shirt in time for the convention?
  We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance to ensure your t-shirt arrives on time for the convention. This takes into account both production and delivery times.
   
• Can I return my item?
  Unfortunetly, we do not offer returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure you select the correct size and model to avoid any issues.
   
• Note: Please be aware that pre-order and print-on-demand T-shirts may vary slightly in design, size, and colour.
