How to find my tickets? (FAQ)

Hi everyone,

We've had a few people reaching out about where to find their tickets on our new website, so here’s a quick guide to help you out.

If you’re unsure whether you’ve already booked tickets, or if you simply want to re-download them, here’s how you can check:

Step1:

Log in to your account using the button at the top right corner of the page, next to the menu.

Step 2: (We've recently updated our Members menu options)

Select "My Conventions (Tickets)" from the Members menu, or go to your profile page and click on the "My Conventions" tab.

Step 3:

If you have any tickets linked to your account, you'll see them listed under the "Upcoming" or "Past" convention tabs. Click the arrow on the far right corner of the convention you’d like to view.

Step 4:

Here, you can: > View your order number > Re-download your tickets as a PDF > Or visit the convention ticket page by selecting "View Details"

We also send an email with your tickets as soon as your order is placed. The subject line will be “Your HandyCon XX Tickets are here!” It may take a few minutes to arrive after your payment has been processed by the bank.
